Shipping/Handling Policy:

     All regular shipping is Free via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail or U.P.S. Ground. (U.S.A. only) Special Handling orders such as second day delivery will be paid by customer. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail.

Return Policy:

     If you need to return an item you have 30 days from the date you received it. You must e-mail us at sales@peppersprayinc.com with your Name, Address, Item to be returned and if you want your credit refunded or new Item. We will send you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which needs to be on the outside of the box. Pepper Spray cannot be returned unless defective or unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returned items. NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES
